Stourbridge Business Improvement District (BID), in partnership with Good2Great and fully funded by Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC), delivered a free one-to-one business coaching and training programme to support businesses across the Stourbridge BID area.

Through Good2Great’s High Street Boost programme, 17 businesses benefited from tailored coaching, practical advice and guidance to help identify opportunities, improve business performance and support future growth.

The programme supported a diverse range of businesses, from new start-ups to long-established independent businesses and national operators, reflecting the strength and variety of Stourbridge’s business community.

With support from Stourbridge BID, businesses were connected with experienced coaches who provided personalised guidance across areas including customer experience, marketing, merchandising, business development and opportunities to increase footfall.

This successful partnership between Stourbridge BID, Good2Great and DMBC demonstrates a shared commitment to strengthening local businesses, building confidence and supporting a thriving and resilient Stourbridge town centre.
