Stourbridge BID is project managed by Partnerships For Better Business Limited (PFBBUK). Ben is our Stourbridge BID Manager. He brings a wealth of experience in retail, sales, and marketing, gained through over a decade in store management with some of the high street’s biggest names. Ben has also held management and director roles within both the security and solar sectors. With a degree-level education in Accounting and Finance, he is passionate about using his skills and expertise to reignite pride in Stourbridge, drive forward local improvements, and strengthen collaboration between the community, businesses, and local authority for the greater good.
The Stourbridge BID Board is made up of local business owners and representatives who share a passion for our town’s success.

Tim is Vice Chair of the Stourbridge BID and has been part of the Nickolls & Perks team since 2012. With a background in sales and marketing, he specialises in retail and enjoys connecting with a wide range of customers. Nickolls & Perks, based on Lower High Street since 1797, often welcomes visitors discovering the charm of Stourbridge for the first time. A strong supporter of the BID, Tim believes in its role in uniting local businesses and showcasing all the town has to offer.

Born and raised in Stourbridge, Paul Bradley brings a deep local knowledge to his role as Local Authority Director for the Stourbridge BID. As Deputy Leader of Dudley Council, he offers valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing the town. Paul is a strong advocate for collaboration between public bodies, businesses, and the community. He sees the BID as a key platform for driving positive change. “We have a fantastic town full of culture, heritage, and independent businesses,” says Paul. “My goal is to ensure the local authority supports the BID in delivering meaningful improvements for everyone in Stourbridge.”

Mark brings over 15 years of tech experience and local business insight to the BID, as both a software engineer and co-owner of The Hop Vault on Market Street. He advocates for practical projects that boost footfall, build community, and enhance the town’s appeal. “With the right mix of events, collaboration, and smart upgrades, Stourbridge can become an even more vibrant destination,” he says.

Vic is a Core Director at Stourbridge BID and Partner at Wall James Chappell Solicitors, where he leads the Dispute Resolution team. Born and raised in Lye, he has deep local roots and strong community ties. He also serves as a Director at Stourbridge Football Club, reflecting his commitment to the town’s cultural and sporting life. Vic brings legal expertise, strategic insight, and a broad local network to the BID. “I’m proud to help Stourbridge grow and thrive through collaboration and community focus,” he says.
